Account Terms
The account agreement in plain statements, with the specifics under each.
Scope
This Agreement Starts at Registration
It binds the account holder and the operator of M2 Win, and runs until the account closes. Using the account accepts it, along with any revision notified to you.
Eligibility
Three Conditions on Holding an Account
- Aged 21 or over, registered under your own identity, with accurate details.
- Lawful for you specifically. Statute restricts betting here and Syariah duties bind Muslim citizens; that judgement is yours to reach.
- One account per person. Extras may be terminated and any advantage they produced reversed.
Verification
Evidence May Be Requested at Any Point
Identity, age, address or ownership of a payment instrument. A first withdrawal is the usual trigger. Completing it in advance is the difference between a payout that moves and one that waits.
Money
Funds In and Funds Out
Deposits must originate from an instrument in your own name. Withdrawals return by the same route where the method allows. Thresholds and processing windows sit in the cashier and change; what it displays at the time is what applies.

Each promotion arrives with its own terms and those govern it. As a general shape: turnover clears before bonus money can be withdrawn, product categories contribute at different rates, a stake ceiling operates while a bonus is open, and unused bonus funds lapse.
Breach
Four Things That End an Account
- Playing in concert with others.
- Automating play.
- Working a defect rather than reporting it.
- Reversing a payment that had settled.
Balances traceable to any of them may be withdrawn. A defect reported on sight is another matter entirely.
Closing
Either Side Can End It
You may close the account at will and take any settled balance. We may suspend or close one on breach, or where an obligation requires it of us. Revisions of substance are sent to the account.
Disputes
How to Raise One
Use the routes on the contact page, giving the date, the amount and the reference of the round or payment involved. A payment provider's reference settles most cashier disputes on its own.
