Responsible Gaming and the Five Controls

Five controls, one principle: whichever of them you are going to use, use it before you need it. Here is how each one works on our official site.

The principle

Decide While Nothing Is Riding On It

The same limit means two different things depending on when it is chosen.

Set before the first deposit, a ceiling is an abstract preference. Set after a losing hour, it is a negotiation with somebody who wants it raised. Only one of those two produces a number worth having.

The controls

What Sits in the Account

Deposit ceiling - daily, weekly or monthly. Cuts take hold at once; rises are held back on purpose.
Loss ceiling - a boundary on net losses across a window, separate from deposits.
Session prompt - time played, put in front of you.
Cooling-off - a short suspension for a break.
Exclusion - a long closure that stands for its stated term.

Signals

When It Has Stopped Being a Game

Four signs, all common, none of them a character judgement.

The stake came out of money earmarked for something else.
A loss reads as a debt rather than a cost.
The activity is being kept from people close by.
Play is managing a mood rather than filling an evening.

Any one of them is reason to open the settings screen tonight. If that screen feels like too much, ask our support team to action a limit, a cooling-off or an exclusion for you.

Age

21 and Over, Verified

Registration at M2 Win is closed to anybody younger. You confirm your age at sign-up, documents are checked before the first withdrawal, and underage accounts are terminated. Shared handset? Lock the device and decline the browser when it offers to keep a password.

Help

Getting Support

Where gambling is doing harm, to a player or to somebody near them, speaking to a doctor or a counselling service early achieves far more than leaving it. Put an exclusion in place while that happens, so the question stops being reopened nightly.

Open Your Controls

Everything above is a setting inside the account, reached as soon as you sign in at M2 Win. 21+ - and controls are not clearance: Malaysian law restricts betting and Syariah obligations apply to Muslim citizens, which only you can resolve.
