What This Notice Covers
Personal data processed through this site and through an M2 Win account. In Malaysia the governing statute is the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
Categories
Five Kinds of Record
- Identity and contact: name, birth date, mobile, email, credentials.
- Documentary proof, where confirmation of identity is required of us.
- Cashier activity: amounts moved, positions, returns, instruments.
- Technical signals: handset, browser, approximate area, pages requested.
- Correspondence with the support desk.
Reasons
Why Each Category Is Held
Keeping the account running and settling whatever is open on it. Putting payments through. Confirming you are who and how old you say you are. Meeting the anti-money-laundering and record-keeping rules that bind us. Spotting fraud and logins that should not be happening. Dealing with what you write in. Promotional contact occurs only where agreed, and that agreement is revocable at any time without affecting the account.
Recipients
Who Else Sees It
Payment processors, identity-confirmation services, the studios supplying titles in use, and the infrastructure firms hosting and defending the platform. None of it is traded. Recipients located outside Malaysia obtain it only under the protections the statute prescribes.
Duration
Retention
Account and cashier records persist as long as financial and gambling retention duties require, which outlasts closure. Contact preferences persist until changed. Records serving neither are erased.
Rights
What You Can Require
Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010: sight of what is held on you, correction of inaccuracies, revocation of a consent already given, and cessation of processing for promotional contact. Requests go through the support routes on the contact page.
Cookies
Files That Hold a Session
They keep you signed in, remember your choices and show which pages get used. Blocking them in the browser is allowed, but every feature that needs a live session then stops.
Data Questions
Any request under this notice is taken by support. 21+ - and a privacy notice resolves nothing about eligibility, which rests on restrictive Malaysian statute plus Syariah duties for Muslim citizens.
