Monkey King Slots at M2 Win: A Small Studio With a Famous Name
Monkey King is one of the smaller studios in the M2 lobby, named after Sun Wukong, the Monkey King of the Journey to the West. Its games run in the browser on HTML5, so they open on a phone without an install.
The tech
Built for the Browser
Because the games are built in HTML5, they load straight from the lobby in Safari or Chrome and draw on the same balance as everything else in your account. There is no separate download to trust and nothing to update before you play.
The name
The Legend Behind the Name
Sun Wukong is the stone-born monkey of the classic Chinese novel: a fighter with a staff that can shrink or grow, seventy-two transformations and a cloud somersault that carries him tens of thousands of miles. Those images - the staff, the clouds, the celestial palace - are the raw material of countless slot themes, and they give this studio its identity.
